They'll need to stop relying on PPV matches if they want to practice getting a longer show out before Mania.

If they want to do Mania in the PC, I can se them severely limiting actual stuff in it for the normal shows now, to retain some level of mystique about the event.

This show is more papered than a 1994 episode of raw.

They can do plenty of storyline progression, vignettes, interviews without in ring action.

Charlotte looks completely different in those FCW documentary. I've watched some of the Bret hart interview by Austin and Austin really is a great interviewer.

Papered means the seats are filled with people who got their tickets for free

They didn't a very good job papering.

Cesaro, a former Heyman guy from the time Heyman came out with Cesaro and just spoke about Brock

I love brock putting over Keith lee before he even got in the ring. When brock wants to he can put over young guys.

The good about them playing this again is that thankfully not a lot of wrestlers will be crowded in the pc

Well I'd say some of smackdown is already taped as bayley according to her instagam was in the PC on Saturday morning from 10:35am at WWE PC live.

Okay they could stop now and fast forward to drew winning the rumble. No need to show the rest. Drew has eliminated brock so it's covered.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 41,095 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Okay I'll catch the rest tomorrow I think.

Guessed they fixed camera issue when Edge returned at a rumble

Raw on almost 2 hours and only a in ring promo and a repeat of this rumble match. Jayus

    Fastest taker entrance ever?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,347 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Taker was quick enough there coming out. Seems to be a mix of dark/American badass taker. Starts wrecking the ring and BT go to a break

Probably about 10 people there in total. Fair play to them, has to be done.

America went to break too. Seemed weird.

Guess Austin Is here to teach Rollins and co a lesson

Not sure was the taker segment good or not. The dialogue was ok but the appearing behind them was a bit ott

4 people sitting right next to each other on the commentary desk!

Apparently hes such a old boy now in the back, hes ultra helpful with advice and helping talent, picking people to work with and put over. Only hear good things about him these days, and sure, he's turning up to lots of shows too.

They are right; keeping him off screen a lot makes him more of a draw.

    Becky lynch today... Makeup_gun.jpg

seriously, thats some amount of fake tan. Irish people arent that colour, ever.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,142 ✭✭✭xpletiv

AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE, BECAUSE [/end stream]

That was bizarre and enjoyed it a lot tbh.
The Austin segment was amazing and straight-up parody. The cut to the empty seats had me rolling. Byron bumped like a motherf*&ker too. Asuka on commentary was nice.

Definitely not worth watching WWE live if they keep replaying segments from the Rumble but I'm enjoying this surreal self-aware WWE tbh, I know that's not a popular take. I hope the pre-record a lot of stuff and let the talent have a break and stay safe for now.

Well they always have a recap show before Mania. Now it'll be spread over a few weeks.

    Asuka on commentary was random.

Looked like Austin hit his kick a bit low on Byron. Looked like point of toe to the groin.
Was anyone else wanting/expecting Becky to be stunned?

How long until they do to Shayna what they did to Asuka? Going from being dominant in NXT to losing to loads of the less dominant?

People have zero interest in Shayna anyway so it won't matter. Also, she's 40 so it's not like she's one for the future.

Also, Asuka is still and always has been one of the strongest booked women on the main roster.

I'm certain Asuka is 40 too.
