    A lot of his principles make sense particularly re the food chain and quality of food we eat. But living the lifestyle he lives doesn't make sense. Why not have your beliefs and live comfortably?

    I was at a conference the other day and one of the speakers said something pretty impactful and left a pause there about 5 or 6 seconds longer than most people do. But it really struck me and I was thinking how it can be really powerful...and then it happened there.

    And it was spot on. But you know someone else as a host would have been uneasy with that length of silence.
