    Removal of existing tiles/0.9x0.9m shower & replacing with either a small wetroom installation or larger shower 0.9x1.5m, waterproofing if wetroom,
    Tiling, a visit would help to clarify this, thinking over bath & 2 wall faces for shower, new shower size approx. 0.9 x 1.5m
    Tiling, to floor, removing existing lino first, again suitable floor tiles to be discussed
    Plumbing most likely not required as looking to leave insitu existing shower head/toilet/bathtub/sink.
    Plumbing is required to remove/dispose of existing double radiator & replace with suitable vertical stainless steel heated towel rail
    Velux window required to lean to roof, slates/rafters to be cut to suit & waterproof as required
    Fan over bathtub insitu, however would like to install a new fan over the shower
    Bathroom size is approx. 6sqm.
    Location: Dublin 3, Drumcondra, visit after 22nd June only as I am working at the moment & I need the bathroom until then
