Ive put up a vanilla Quake 3 server on vishnu.ign.ie:27962
This should feel much nicer to play on for modemers, ISDN and other people with low bandwidth than an equivalent OSP server.

just tried it out there, it does seem faster, like very little delay in firing rl etc, movement feels a bit funny tho

    yer defo,
theres a fps decrese in osp too.

    1.17 TD = 51 fps

    1.17 osp TD = 41 fps

    1.27 TD (with dll's) TD = 63 fps

    1.27 osp TD = 29 fps
