What would diary farmers pay for experienced farm labour per hour ? A few local farmers asked would I work for them. Mainly at milking times, roughly 4 hours a day.

If you're coming twice a day then over €15 an hour anyway.

Seen this linked on twitter, on different milking frequencies. Something going wrong with scc would still prob frighten me away from it but if lads had decent cow accommodation or drier farms where cows are more likely to be out they may be worth considering

Would you try milking 10 in 7?

Moorepark have been working on research for the last two years with positive results..

I have worked for dairy farmers for years and just can't get over the 40k per year. Its not enough for the hours away from home and experience I bring.
