    Has anyone had any experience with ect therapy for depression?

    No experience, but AFAIK it is only used as a 'last resort' in very severe cases when various antidepressants etc. have not been effective.

    Ive been on a good few different anti depressents and still feel so severely bad. Its a pity the patient cannot chose to have it if they want it.

    They can. If the consultant is willing to do it. Perhaps you should discuss it with your Consultant Psychiatrist?

    Depending on your state of mind, self care with a device such as this may help.

    I have one for almost 2 years now. I've used it successfully for a number of ailments.

    It's licenced for pain relief in the European markets. But it's used for far more, including depression, in Russia.

    Can't guarantee it will help. But worth a shot and perhaps quicker than waiting on what you're requesting.
