A couple of mods have a cleaning service, Ted and Seph cleaners. I ve never used them myself, and they've lost a few customers lately, but they're cheap and cheerful, if you want outside

Is that the naked cleaning business they set up

Deskside with the sweet italian black stuff, looking forward to trying the french roast beans!

All you have to do is answer one question......

    Barry's or Lyon's?

    :pac:

The one question guaranteed to make me get a panic attack...I don't know if I can actually be honest here.

    Hi Kathleen :)
It was getting eerily quiet in here, glad to see someone nice joining in.

Homeside feeling like I should put some tiger balm on but its not pain its like under skin weirdness that moves when you try to focus on it. Not even aches. I'd say it's the March weather we're borrowing.

Waiting for my groceries as I need the ice cubes for a project. Washed dishes and laundry.

That list is wrong, allow me to amend it for you.

    3. Bake muffins for Guy Person
    4. Help Guy Person as he has gotten ill from eating too many muffins
    5. Bake more muffins for Guy Person

I was actually planning on baking bread and tarts/pies and making soup but ok....muffins for Guy added to the list.
    Any more orders?

Grem, JupiterKud, I’m sorry for your hardships. I’m going to make it a trio of sad/miserable people on here - I’ve had three pieces of fairly bad news since Thursday afternoon, including a very unanticipated death. Managed somehow to numb myself and mumble my way through two lectures and a seminar yesterday before breaking down yesterday evening (thankfully with two very supportive friends nearby). Where I am now is in a ball on the settee watching ****e telly and wishing I was at home.

All of you - thanks for making this a nice space where even those of us who are more infrequent in our posting can come, enjoy the chat and (many, many) innuendoes, but also to occasionally share bad news. Kathleen, welcome - there are definitely worse places on the internet to be!

No.....I didn't think I would have to admit this so early in play and (starts to sweat) maybe I will be barred/put on ignore but (starts to hyper-ventilate) I don't actually really drink tea or coffee.

Kathleen , it's quite safe to say you don't drink either tea or coffee here !
Saying you buy generic non branded tea bags like I do , is controversial though :p

Bolgbui , take it easy on yourself , there's always someone here to chat to do you don't feel so alone at the moment .

Happy Weekend Wherers! I hope it’s tremendous for you all! :)

Oh my goddess. The day is spiralling out of control like the weather.
Listening to Cyndi Lauper and calling in favours.
The dog poked me in the ribs with her investigation cone and I nearly fell off the chair. Tension!

Couchside setting up a new laptop. Old one was on life support for over a year. It was on the long finger to get a replacement.

Ashburn VA/ Washington DC for work. And I am staying the following weekend to have a suss around! The 89 Batmobile is in the Smithsonian! So I’m looking forward to seeing that :D It’s 100% a high stool day! I might have a little tour of Dublin’s best Guinness spots to dodge the rain!

Struts over to Kathleen and whispers softly into her ears..." do ya like furry dice" lol lol...

    Welcome Kathleen

Homeside after spending a lot of money on clothes and apartment stuff. Looking at my new threads I have gone from being in a funk to being in funkytown!! Now I just need a night out to show them off.

Investigation cone is a fantastic description for a dog's nose and I am stealing that phrase and claiming I came up with it.
