Hi Kathleen
It was getting eerily quiet in here, glad to see someone nice joining in.
Homeside feeling like I should put some tiger balm on but its not pain its like under skin weirdness that moves when you try to focus on it. Not even aches. I'd say it's the March weather we're borrowing.
Waiting for my groceries as I need the ice cubes for a project. Washed dishes and laundry.0 -

Kathleen , it's quite safe to say you don't drink either tea or coffee here !
Saying you buy generic non branded tea bags like I do , is controversial though

I’m going to make it a trio of sad/miserable people on here - I’ve had three pieces of fairly bad news since Thursday afternoon, including a very unanticipated death. Managed somehow to numb myself and mumble my way through two lectures and a seminar yesterday before breaking down yesterday evening (thankfully with two very supportive friends nearby). Where I am now is in a ball on the settee watching ****e telly and wishing I was at home.
All of you - thanks for making this a nice space where even those of us who are more infrequent in our posting can come, enjoy the chat and (many, many) innuendoes, but also to occasionally share bad news. Bedside about to get up as I have to go into town today for a few bits for my trip next weekend. But since it’s going to be raining I’ll probably end up in Kehoes or Bruxelles! Poxy nights sleep though, guess the brain wasn’t in as good of form as I thought it was yesterday.. ah well!

Ashburn VA/ Washington DC for work. And I am staying the following weekend to have a suss around! The 89 Batmobile is in the Smithsonian! So I’m looking forward to seeing that
