Snow on the ground here, about an inch or so. Sky black and its baltic.
Started up the vehicle and will have another cuppa while it warms up.
    Be careful out there.

Being on the coast helps, just a bit sleety here.

    Deskside with coffee.

I need to tape my eyes open today.

Bucketing down snow here. Just despatched the minions off on the school bus and gone back to bed. Thank you early stage pneumonia, no driving to work in that mental weather.

Grateful to my winter coat and face shield, no pesky hailstones infiltrated the layers

Youre fine with honey, Bishop, it's great for you. Some suppliers feed sugar to the bees so some brands taste sugary and kind of artificial. Unfortunately one of my local suppliers does that but hes only in the 1st year of beekeeping so hopefully it'll change.
The thing with chocolate spreads is the hydrogenated fat they make it with, same as most chocolate confectionary (plus tonnes of sugar but they say that doesn't cause weight gain although still not healthy). I got into very dark chocolate so I can eat chocolate without the added muck.

Kitchenside with another wedding dress arrived in the post, to be dyed. Like a vampire, I dye every day. Har har

Deskside cranking up the motor. Not much snow here in Wexford but by golly it's parky out there!

Speaking of which, just remembered my Helly Hansen parka I bought in the sales last year, could have worn it this morning... doh!

Just in from the garden, snowdrop flower pot has disappeared, which is weird as that pot was in a second decorative flower pot.

Bulbs replanted, hopefully they'll survive, only bought them last week...... I manage to murder every plant I have.

Back deskside, looking out of my office window at the snow and sleet, wondering if we will get snow tonight to wake up to tomorrow...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,633 ✭✭✭✭Widdershins

Eating Alpen porridge and doing tomorrow's Tesco shopping, if it will ever accept my new debit card number.

Feels March-y. Not very very cold here and no snow. I think it'll come though.

Went out for a 5k run. 1.5k in and its snowing, breezy, freezing cold, I'm feeling miserable and then my bluetooth headphone batteries go dead.. I'm miserable enough without listening to my own labored breath so I finished my run.

Home now snuggling with the dogs, I'll run on the treadmill in the later later and get at least a 1k swim done.

God dammit I hate bad weather.

Armchair-side after reading a book of poetry that I can’t pretend I understood. Back to college tomorrow so maybe the class I have to read it for will explain what I’m supposed to have taken from that :pac:
