just in, but are multi vitamins not cheap ?

Normally, but paying pharmacy prices is outrageous, and it's only other sources being so cheap that I get them at all.

If you didn't buy the evening herald you could afford the extra 7 euros on the vitamins caller

Not at all. If you're on a diet that's restricted you can at least make sure you get the RDA of most things.

well the expensive ones, I think a lot of people are too snobby to use the ones from Aldi/Lidl, and go for the expensive ones

As per my above post you can, if you are smart about nutrition, get these vitamins very cheaply into you. Mum ate a peculiar couscous combo of added raw sweet corn, kale and carrots. Awful stuff to me but kept her vision going.

I was just talking to a friend, from Ballyfermot so to speak, not impressed with hearing about Duffy regarding the public meeting as a private one. He doesn’t even grace the place of his own birth with public appearances on occasions when it was hoped for.

He’s afraid the wheels would be robbed off the Jag!

Y das is a pensioner and has never has so much spare cash in his life.

Youre sat in work, as am I. And this pensioner is preaching about fresh vegetables. Thats nice, he has plenty of time on his hands to go buying them.

Joe(incredulously): You know the price of food you buy?

Sure, jesus I know the price of the things I buy.

ffs Duffy is on four times what the politicians are on. Ridiculous that he is allowed to keep doing this unchallenged.
