    Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a solicitor for house conveyancy from personal experience.I've had quotes from 3,600 right up to 4'500 for doing the same job.The house is in the Midlands and it's a second hand home with no mortgage.Direct Law (skerries) seems to be coming in the cheapest but might take a bit longer due to a bigger workload.

Also can anyone recommend a decent house surveyor.

    Cheers
