Bartragh Island?

    Anyone know anything more on Bartragh Island?

    Off the cost of Mayo and Faldo been looking to put a course in here for years.
    Think he owns the island.

    Would be a good addition with its close proximity to Enniscrone (and Sligo/Murvagh/Carne(although nothing really close to Carne!)


    The positive is it could put the north west on the golfing map.....the negative is it could put the north west on the golfing map...

    Strange timing. Saw something around Christmas saying it was listed for sale, which would still appear to be the case.

    There's a longer video of him walking around the island below. It was only published last week but judging by the short sleeves and the weather, it wasn't filmed any time recently!

    Who in phucks name is going to drive from home THEN take a boat/ferry/catamaran to the golf club. A load of yanks during the summer months, if they even bothered wouldn’t make it viable. During the winter months it would be deserted, assuming the boat would be allowed out to it.
