Spouse visa appeal

    Hello
    After a year waiting for join spouse visa, I received a negative answer.
    Can you please help me what to do now? It’s the best way to get a lawyer and to proceed further ?
    How long will I wait know after I send a appeal?

    Depends on the reason for the denial. Some can be sorted, others can't

    They send me a refusal letter. They refused visa for finance , relationship history.

    It’s better to get a lawyer maybe he will process fast an appeal

    Do you have the required finance and relationship history? There are basic requirements which are fairly straightforward
