Is it just me ignorant breed like happened more than once walking down narrow footpath and some reason there maybe bin on footpath and you stop to leave them by . No thanks or nod of head or anything unbelievable

On numerous occasions I have stepped aside on narrow footpaths to allow them to pass. I do this when there is an obstruction, for example, a bin.

My gentlemanly and chivalrous behaviour is never acknowledged, much to my dismay. I find this unbelievable.

Not all do. The opening post is stupid the way it's aimed at all women, but it's just as inaccurate to say women are amazing, well intentioned as it may be.

Most of us are a grand bunch of lads - same as most men. But there's a minority of bad eggs. And it is rude not to say thanks or excuse me when someone steps aside for you.
