Just to clarify, Pat (not Paul) Hickey was not “filmed inappropriately” as you put it. Under Brazilian Law that is a normal procedure, as are “perp walks” in general. Like Mr. Duffy you seem incapable of understanding that Brazilian law applies in Brazil so to speak - BELIEVE IT OR NOT.

Remember this is the same Pat Hickey that had Sonia O'Sullivan get changed in the tunnel before her big race at the Olympics. And then made her appear at a press conference afterwards to defend him from the criticism he was getting. Never liked him since that happened.

Caught the promo but only online now.

We can add "PRISS-tyne" to the Bingo Card.

As for "De Election Line is now open and dat" - what a muppet.

And we even got a "BELIEVE IT OR NOT" in the promo - belive it or not, so to speak.

    Won't be listening today. Enjoy.

    Tis a disgrace.
John Delaney forced out of his job yesterday at 52. Was at least another 20 years in him.

A teenager in Joe's eyes, and a great Fianna Fail man too.

Very similar, complaining about her pristine kitchen being ripped out, etc.

Could hear Joe's phone alert tones there and he put it in silent and dropped it audibly onto the desk - what a pro!

Maybe the plumber and the electrician only works 20 weeks a year, 10 hours a week like you Joe.

I wonder does any caller understand the irony of complaining about TD wages while talking to a part time worker on 400k of their tax money.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,415 ✭✭✭generalgerry

Again with the politicians who are paid far less than him. The flood of calls and texts that the RTE call screeners must be preventing from reaching the on air broadcast, to rebut this hypocrite.

The irony of joe using the line of 'but they are entitled to it' to antagonize the caller when he will himself go and use the same line in a legitimate manner when the spotlight is on himself
