Getting a babysitter tomorrow night. First time and not sure what the average rate is these days??

How old is the babysitter?
They have experience?

I'd pay €10 p/h for experienced and if over 18.
8 is less experience.

She is 16 with a little bit of experience. She is our childminders daughter.
