iOS Software Update

    So I'm trying to update to iOS 10.3.4 on an iPhone 5 at the moment. I connected to the WiFi in the house as I think I was instructed to do so. When I hit "Download and Install" the loading cog appears for all of one second and then disappears. So basically nothing happens! What should I do?

    However, the other night when I tried it, it appears to be downloading it. It displayed the "2 hours remaining" thing, but I said I'd try it in the morning instead. But anytime I've tried it since then it has just not responded.

    Have you checked to see if you have enough storage on your device to contain the update file?

    I don't think it's anything to do with that. It says I've 11.4 GB available.

    Those pages never seem to have the answer I'm looking for.

    The guy in Compute B today said that it might be a glitch in the phone, and so I should back up and restore it, and that it might work then! So I tried doing that and this is a screen shot of the latest difficulty I'm having with backing up the phone!

    When I did a google image search of their instructions - I eventually found an image that had the same iTunes layout as mine, and this is it (first image).

    But then when I compared this to my own, you can see that it's not possible to follow those instructions (second image)!
