    Are there any butchers or shops retailing caul/crepinette in Dublin? All I can find is trade sales.

    A lot of butchers don't seem to have heard of it , you'd probably have to go to one that does their own slaughtering ... And even then you night need to
    Do a bit of explaining... if they haven't really done much charcuterie it's easily missed ,

    I can tell you where in Cork you can get made up crepinette but that's probably not much use to you.

    I've seen them using it in Fallon and Byrne at the butcher counter there. Think I've seen it at C&N Butchers on Meath Street, but its been ages since I've been that way. FXB could be a potential too
