Can I reset my text message font size to 'default' Samsung J3?

    I accidentally made my text message font size too large using volume buttons, and I've tried googling how to get it back to normal but can't find out how for my model of phone.
    Any ideas guys?
    Using Samsung J3.

    Did the same on my S10E today actually. Pinching the screen to resize worked, should be the same on other Samsungs I'd guess.
