How can I turn off this feature in Google Chrome?

Google Chrome seems to have added an update I'm not keen on.

When the mouse is held over a tab a text bubble appears by the pointer telling what is in the tab, it's duplicating what the tab tells you anyway.

How can I turn it off?

I don't know what they call this feature so I can't seem to find it under settings.

Disable the "Tab Hover Cards" feature" in chrome://flags - enter the below URL into the address bar and switch to "Disabled".

    chrome://flags/#tab-hover-cards
