Jury Summons

    I received a summons for Jury Duty Yesterday by regular post. I understand You will be fined if You dont turn up. If it is a Summons shouldnt it be sent by registered post? How can they prove You received it?

    They can't prove you received it but that doesn't matter. They can still pursue you for not attending for jury duty if you don't attend.
