I enjoyed season 1 of Lime Town. Season 2 was not so good. Will probably give this an episode or two.

Recognised Gaetas voice. Guessing he'll be a baddie or complicated or something :)

So is this only available to watch from today on facebook?

Yes the first 2 episodes dropped about an hour ago.

A decent opening to the series with those two episodes.

    1: First impression: Spooky!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,501 ✭✭✭✭Slydice

2: OK! That was freakin wierd! and that drawning of the creature/man/whatever that the hand pushed up against the glass was eerie!

It's like this show is borderline science fiction or horror but still has to make it's mind up on which.. or a combination of both.

4 episodes down and I have to say I am impressed with the story telling.

    Jessica Biel is great.

I didn't know the podcast so not sure how close it is sticking to it however its got a great X-Files feel to it.

3: First: That was well done. I kinda suspected but they put me off the trail with how well the story was written.

Second: Jessica Biel is a dirty perv!

Third: Jessica Biel is quite attractive while being a dirty perv!

Thoughts about Limetown that arose from the preview of the fourth episode:
The Borg from Star Trek! They're inventing the shared mind/consciousness thing of the Borg. Sharing minds with pigs is probably gonna mess that right up!

4: Oh, that was a bit wierd.

I wonder who this special dude seems to be. Building on the
Borg idea, maybe he's like the equivalent to the Borg Queen.

This weeks episodes move the story along nicely linking Lia's family history more.

The ending to episode 6 wow.

I really hope they have and ending with a definitive answer to what happened.

5: The high-quality-made tv episode feeling is still going. Either they've pumped a lot of money into this or they are using their budget really well.

Decent episode. Not sure whether she was faking the interview or figuring out a hidden message their at the end.

6: That was good. Still the mystery but at least giving out enough to keep the audience interested.

Definitely agree on needing a definite answer.

Good performance out of Louis Ferreira.
Ah d'ye remember Stargate Universe! Pepperidge farm remembers..

    Episode 7 fcuking hell.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,501 ✭✭✭✭Slydice

    7: Yikes!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,501 ✭✭✭✭Slydice

8: So maybe it's the Uncle in control

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 61,272 ✭✭✭✭Agent Coulson

    Disappointing but expected ending.

An easy watch with 20 to 30 minute episodes so if it gets a season 2 I'll be back.

9: Confusing development about the Uncle but I guess they are introducing a bigger player. Really this feels like a transition and build up for episode 10. They got the tension in there anyway..

 NEED A SEASON 2, RIGHT NOW!

There's gotta be a season 2 right? They can't leave it like that?

    *googles*

Can't find a definite answer but looks like the podcast had a season 2.. and this article reckons there should be a season 2:
    https://www.bustle.com/p/will-limetown-return-for-season-2-the-facebook-watch-series-departed-from-the-podcast-19306009

    so anyway:

10: Yes, a bigger player! Need to know more! Damn that gave me a shock when the door banged at the end!

    Ah What!

How? Was it too expernsive? This show was fine. Was there some kinda audience blow back or just non-existence or something?
