Brian Kennedy looks great in fairness to him.
Last time i saw him was on Cutting Edge not too long ago,he looked about 65.

He still comes across as a gob****e but fair play him.

If he was made of chocolate he would have eaten himself by now.

Brian Kennedy is so sh!te, honestly. Who voluntarily listens to his music? His voice is awful as well, no better than what you'd hear on Grafton St.

Four songs? Why wasn't this advertised as An Evening With Brian Kennedy?

    (This song is absolute torture)

Does Brian Kennedy actually do much apart from appearing on shows presented by Darcy or Tubbs?

Not a fan of either, but in fairness I'm impressed with BK and all the stuff he has gone through.

That was a very powerful interview by Paddy. I never knew much about the behind the scenes stuff that goes on in the horse racing industry until I read this article.
    https://www.independent.ie/sport/horse-racing/ewan-mackenna-the-sport-of-kings-built-on-elitism-and-wealth-but-why-does-it-come-at-a-cost-for-staff-37839298.html

Its pretty shocking stuff, apart from jockeys frequently falling to alcohol, gambling and drug addictions the stable hands (who want to be jockeys) on these gigantic stud properties in Kildare work 80+ hour weeks and then at the end of their 14 hour shift they have to sleep in the stables on the rafters above the very racing horses they are tending to.

They are classed as 'agricultural workers' so that means under the current legislation they are not entitled to the minimum wage. The stable hands are basically slave labour for multi millionaires and billionaires who own thoroughbred race horses. They are exploited to the nines on the promise that some day they might become a jockey.
