    Would you consider doing one of the shorter plans? 18 weeks is tough for a half block. Not sure I could do it. Even the "beginner" plan in the book, if you knock the first few Mickey Mouse weeks off, is probably the equivalent of the Faster Road Running plan you've done before.

    Just checking in C and had seen the Strava appearances. Summertime can be a struggle with heat and hols ok. This time last year I started working on the Hanson Half for Trim or Mullingar as I find it easier to commit to training in the winter. Whatever you decide....do enjoy your running.
