My account is in Rep of Ireleand. My work is in UK. Can I get my UK salaries deposited to my BOI account?

If your employer is willing to transfer to an Irish IBAN then yes

If not set yourself up a revolut account and have it paid into that

If your employer lets you do this, you will loose aprox. 3% of your salary on the FX conversion.

Revolut will give you a GBP current account. Use that.
