    Hi,
I am a woman in my late 50s, I have a daughter and son in their 20s and 30s. I have not been in the workforce since my eldest child was born. My husband owns a property in Spain and a half share in an apartment here. He also owns a plot of land. My sole income is from my husband what are my entitlements financially if I seek a separation?

You need to consult a solicitor. There is no straightforward answer. If you can't afford you can apply for legal aid.
