What's the cheapest way to pay in northern Ireland. Credit card. Tapping with debit card? Are there hidden charges?

If you have a Bank of Ireland account in the RoI you can withdraw Sterling from BoI UK ATMs for no extra charge, just the currency differential.

Honestly never looked at the date. Seems to be a quiet forum though with other threads dated 2019 also on page 1.

What's the problem if the new post is relevant to the thread?
