Phonewatch Concord without monitoring?

Hi everyone, have just moved into a new home which had a phonewatch system in place, all sensors etc are still in place. It appears to be a Concord box.... The alarm is not currently active, I do not have a key code. Is it possible to use this system as a non-monitored alarm, so just a standalone system? How do I go about…

You would be as well off replaceing the system as it more than likely engineer locked.And the majority of those systems remain the property of phone watch and they generaly take out the system when the contract is not been paid for.
