They said her nose was big. Which it is. I said earlier that Rosemarie DeWitt’s nose was big. Pretty sure she’s not Jewish. Nobody mentioned anything about ethnicities.

ODB, as I mentioned, I amended my post so that should be that.

This thread is proof of the old expression "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and of course everyone has their own opinion. Finally as talented as she is ,Streisand is no beauty.

Elizabeth Taylor - Never got it.
Sophia Loren - Never got that either.
Marilyn Monroe - Not for me.

Nonsense, there's lots of objectively good looking people. If a man doesnt think Gal Gadot or Jennifer Lawrence are gorgeous that's fair enough but a man saying there not good looking is kidding themselves

    Gadot? No, not at all.

J Law, though. She's nice in an ordinary way. But, I wouldn't say gorgeous.

Won an Oscar for Butterfield 8, one of the worst Hollywood movies of her career, everyone thought she was dying.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder but ugliness is agreed on.

I've always heard that the scandinavians are better looking from many Irish, English, and Americans but is this really true? Maybe it's a bit of the "grass is greener". I wonder what they consider of the Irish.

Anyway though, in online dating they do rate fairly high in nationalities. But I think it's confirmation bias and people forget about the ugly looking Scandinavians.

I find half spanish/white women to be the hottest. Also their men as well. There's a guy in my class who is half Irish and half Portugese and is constantly called handsome by women

Shur I'm sure those who spend days ripping into people here can get over Lotus Flower saying nobody specific is basic.
"Supposedly extremely attractive people who you don't find attractive"

I feel the thread title has been lost.
Indeed. Glenda Gilson gets mentioned - again. And a slew of pretty much unheard of people. Alexa Chung? Wasn't she considered very attractive briefly in 2006?

Also, Rihanna has cankles? How the **** do people even notice this ****?

Gotta agree that it's women who are the harshest on women, going by this thread.

Hubs would agree. As would I. We just both think her face is not that pretty. Great body though.

She said anyone who disagrees with her opinion is basic. That’s actually quite specific!

You actually thought I was being serious with my "yeah that's pretty much it:)" comment. Come on..... I also mentioned in another post it was a flippant comment.

yeah look there's beautiful and then there is hot, not necessarily the same thing. i'd be much more into brunettes myself but in Copenhagen, every second or third woman was a stunner, stop you in your tracks kinda stuff. generally tall blondes in great shape with perfect complexions, fab figures, symmetrical faces etc...enough to make you sick :D

The initial ‘basic’ comment didn’t come across as a joke if that was your intention.

Edited: because I could not be arsed arguing with someone without basic manners.

Gal Gadot looks boney. But I still would. God, I'm a regular charmer, so romantic.

Lawrence, good looking, but an absolute arseh*ole. I can imagine going out with someone like that would be a drain after a while.

Who's arguing? I certainly wasn't, this is a discussion board. My comment was tongue in cheek, apologies if I offended you.

The style of Hollywood cinematography in the early 1940s enhanced her eyes.

    Arianna Grande.

She's like some tiny magical woodland sprite, which isn't that sexually attractive really.

I thought it was the fact that she actually acted real good facially, rather than just looking pretty like a lot of a list actors do.

I know that all the elements are there and she is of course gorgeous.

But she just doesn't "do it" for me. Different strokes I guess
