Alarm code plus engineer code

    Evening all..could somebody explain how to get the engineer code so I could change this alarm and arm it with a new number

    That’s a HKC Securewatch panel.

    Default engineering code is 04567 (press quit and get back to the main screen showing the date/time).

    If that fails, you can try factory resetting the panel by pulling the jump link and rebooting the panel, then enter the existing user code to reset.

    Thanks..by pulling jump link u mean disconnecting power supply..I'm not great on alarms
