Young lad from Hartstown. Took his dads rental car, decided to try full size bumpercars with it. You can see his dad walking him away, then back to the car holding his head in his hands, realising he's fcuked financially.

my guess is the car was an auto, and the kid slammed on to the accelerator thinking it was the brake, and with teh force of teh acceleration, was unable to lift off, or when did lift off, immediately floored it again.
