A friend of mine wants to buy a quarter of an acre from me to grow vegetables. We have agreed a price and to each look after our own legal fees. What would be the minimum fee I would have to pay to have the site transferred to his name? (I already have a proper map from the land registry outlining the site.) Do any…

We have agreed a price and to each look after our own legal fees.

What would be the minimum fee I would have to pay to have the site transferred to his name?

(I already have a proper map from the land registry outlining the site.)

Do any solicitors do a flat fee deal?
