Gratitude.

feeling gratified more and more as i get older, for the simple things in life - life, good health, good times with family and friends.. don't know why.. but never felt grateful for the good stuff when i was younger... took it for granted i guess.. any thoughts?

I am grateful i am alive and not in hospital.

Grateful for my families healthy.

I've always liked and appreciated the simple things in life and as I'm getting older that hasn't changed.

I did go through a phase where I was feeling quite down last year which was out of character for me but that's lifted now and I feel great, positive and back to myself
