Instagram problems

Is anyone else having problems with Instagram for the last few days?

I can scroll through the feed and watch stories, but it won't allow me to follow anyone and if I try to like or comment on a post it tells me "This action was blocked. Please try again later. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake"
Then underneath that there's an option given to click on either "Ok" or "Report a problem". I've clicked "Report a problem" countless times over the past few days and it says "Thanks for reporting this" every single time, but I'm still unable to do anything.

I've tried logging in and out again, but no joy.

Anyone experiencing similar?
