Halfway thru GLOW S3, love this show.

Used to watch the real thing as a kid and it was pretty instrumental in me realizing I was starting to like girls.

Having Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin in a good few nude scenes isnt bad either. But mostly it's just good fun and the female characters the show revolves around all have plenty of depth to them, not just eye candy. Marc Maron was a great choice for the producer also.

Good doc, quite long and a few outlandish claims but overall a good watch.

3 episodes into I am killer and i'm think it's really good so far.

You don't need to use Twitter to see a tweet. It should just open in your browser. It's about The Crown S3.

Many posts with them in it haven't worked for me, so I didn't even try, but this works. Thanks. I'll have to figure out how to recognise which will work and which won't.
    Soz peteeed.

Weird. Opens ok on computer, but not on phone. On phone I have to login (and I don't have an account).

Twitter's insistence on using that portrait oriented format in its videos enrages more than is probably healthy  :D

Might be the browser you're using on your phone. I have the app so not logged into a Twitter on my browser but it still opens.

Three episodes in and it's been very good so far imo though a little slower than previous seasons.

Not sure if someone has mentioned this film previously in the thread but Blindspotting is a great recent film addition for fans of comedy/drama along in a similar vein to Atlanta.

94% on RT. I'll post the trailer but it gives loads of the film away, only for those who are curious and don't mind.

I started watching Godless myself last night and was beyond disappointed. I'm sure it was pointed out at the time it was released but for a show billed as being about an outlaw in a town full of women theres an awful lot of men on screen, all the time.

Maybe dicussed earlier, but I watched " the guilty" last night and really enjoyed. A Danish drama about 999 operator trying to sort out an abduction. Basically one man and a phone but quite riveting.

Watched that last week and absolutely loved it.

I now have a crush on a danish Tom Hardy

I’d easily argue GLOW is the best Netflix show. All the characters are fantastic.

The drama and comedy hit every time. Countless shows are absolutely hammering feminist issues at the minute and it’s more times than not utterly forced. GLOW does it flawlessly and makes it so real.

Watched the first three episodes of "Another Life" last night. The science is nonsense, the crew are mainly dislikable, and frankly I know its not very good.

But I still enjoyed it. What is wrong with me? :pac:

Pretty sure that part isn't true. He won some other competition with Universe in the name. I get the papers messing it up, I wouldn't know the difference either. But it's odd that a documentary doesn't fact check things

We are right up to episode 9, one to go. I pray for the death of some of the characters each episode and that keeps me going. It’s very mixed up, editing is poor, like you said nobody is likeable (except the computer) and I do wonder who in their right mind would put these airheads in space but I can’t stop watching.

You're right, the computer is a likeable character. And Starbuck is giving it loads opposite a bunch of amateurs.

    I can't help myself. I'm going back.

EDIT: 5 episodes in and I think I'm out.
