Out of interest (I know you love your stats sKeith!), do you know what the rough win percentage for red vs blue is? Does the extra word pretty much balance the advantage of going first?

red can be either 9 or 8 words, same with blue.

Team going first does have extra word. Colour is not first or second, or 9 or 8. Hence why we pick the colour, not first or 2nd.
When randing the board, the colour is set, and the captain picking the colour has not recieved the board yet to know if thats 1st (9) or 2nd (8).
