    just wondered is it worth upgrading and spending a few bob on it. managed to get ubuntu running on it, with 2gb ram, is it worth getting more ?

    ps has no graphics card at present

    Bin it or just use it for playing with Linux. A bit more RAM would help it. I doubt it will run Win 10 well enough to be useful.

    would make a good plex server, or NAS etc? another alternative is to install android x86 which give you android oreo on your pc. full google play store installed by default etc.

    It would well worth your while to add the extra 2gb of ram, should cost next to nothing to source if you continue to use.

    Thanks that's great did not know you could run android on it. Do not know a lot of things about it !

    I've got an old...ish machine (I3, 4GB ram) just lying in the corner. Think I'll install this, handy to have an android machine to play with.
