Supervalu* Turnover from Northside Shopping Centre

*Its an ex Superquinn (most of the ex Superquinn's do excellent fresh bread baked in store, but Northside Shopping Centre is a class above)
Their 'Sean's Loaf' soda bread is also excellent.

    Toasted twice

I love bread and would struggle to find one I didn’t like. I really have to watch myself or I’d go through an entire loaf in a day!

That said it’s hard to beat brown soda bread with lots of butter - my mouth is watering just think about it!

A good, substantial, nutty-flavoured wholemeal bread. Toasted and covered with (real) butter. There's nothing like it.

Soda bread is wonderful too. Rankin's soda farls =

I love ciabatta bread with soft real butter. I also like white bread with a crispy crust.

I don’t know usually just get a craving for it in the morning for some crunch with a coffee in which case anything goes as long as it doesn’t get too familiar but then when I think about it turnover. Almost forgot about it’s existence! So many breads it’s difficult to keep up

100% no context. This has to be the nicest bread there has ever been.

Made this during Storm Emma last year, otherwise known as The Great Irish Bread Famine of March 2018

I've been making a lot of my own bread in the last few months.

This is was about 18 hours in the making, just white flour but so full of air pockets and tasted amazing.
