Feel like colour coding some legwork yourself there, Clara?

Ah I know she will be back... she came yesterday and will probably go home tonight but she will more than likely be back tomorrow. She LOVES her owners. When my uncle comes to get her she nearly wets herself with delight, so I don't mind her going when it's the right thing by her... but I do miss her.

As fun as today has been I have to go now. I probably won't get back on pre-lynch due to RL stuff. Vote in on G&R since about 2.30.

No just passing comment. I am researching smart light switches. I can provide you a table of pros and cons of that if you're interested?

Wolf. Three villagers included. Believe me:

Only two names given (so did Trit who I know is a villager, so not something to hang over, but worth noting). Both villagers, believe me. Otherwise, not a lot to gleam:

    I believe you ;);)

Most of the house is set up with motion detectors, so I don't have switches, but I don't want motion detectors in the bedrooms and front room. There are also times when it's just inappropriate to say "alex lights on", so I want a switch that will not turn off the smart bulbs in those rooms.

It looks like any of the china specials on Amazon will do the trick

You lost me here but it sounds like you want a set of contactors that can be put in parallel with the smart bulbs

If you are talking to someone and walk into or out of the front room, I don't want to disturb the conversation to say "alexa lights on", but I want to be able to turn the lights on and off.

Right now the switch is being used and is left off, which melts my head because then the routines and shedules don't work.

So the smart switches allow you to turn the lights on and off at a physical switch but keep the power to the lights on, so that the bulbs are always on.

Okay, re-reading last night after I suggested the CFD on Tusk. My aim in the suggestion was to get people talking:

1136 - QB suggests CFD on Tusk
    1138 - Clara on board
    1139 - Sully on board
    1140 - Ecto on board
    1142 - Whippy against
1144 - Clara thinks a wolf has posted: not Ecto, but potentially Sully (unlikely if N0ed) or Whippy
1149 - Clara suggests instead of Tusk, to go for Ecto or Whippy. If Clara a wolf, she'd already know she was the seer, and getting her lynched and blaming me would be ideal, but would also be a risky move if Whippy is also a wolf.
1151 - Sully on board with Clara's suggestion of Ecto or Whippy
1152 - QB does not want Ecto lynch
1153 - Ecto reply to Sully about "defending you earlier against QB"
1154 - Clara: "Whippy so"? If Whippy is a wolf, this makes Clara a highly unlikely partner
1157 - Sully conforms whe was more thinking Whippy than Ecto
1158 - Duffman against: does not necessarily make him a wolf, unless he was not liking the name Whippy cropping up and she's a wolf also
1160 - Duffman shade on me being on wolf team with Ecto
1168 - Whippy: "I'm no loss if you lynch me" post
1170 - GnR on board with Tusk, interestingly, asks a few times in last few minutes if we're switching or not. Like, not that we need any more poof he's a wolf, but very much wanting to be seen on the right wagon here

I mean, my wagonomics came up with Whippy and Duff independently, but here they are coming up on the same side again. I'm really struggling to see a scenario where these are not GnR's partners.

Just combining these two bits of info:

    Person|Target 1|Target 2|Target 3|Voted For
    Sully|Green&Red|Kitten|Kolido|Strawberry milkshake
    Tusk|Strawbs|Kolido|Kitten|Strawberry milkshake
    Strawbs|Tusk|Kitten|Duffman|Kitten_K
    Ecto|Duffman|Tusk|Clarabel|clarabel
    Trit|Kolido|Green&Red| |Strawberry milkshake
    Green&Red|QB|Strawbs|Tusk|Strawberry milkshake
    Duffman|Trit|Sully|G&R|tusk
    Kolido|Tusk|QB|Baggly|quickbeam
    Clarabel|Trit|Tusk|Ecto|Strawberry milkshake
    QB|Baggly|Kitten|GNR|baggly
    Kitten|Tusk|Clarabel|Ecto|tusk
    Baggly|QB|Tusk||tusk
    Whip|QB|Clarabel|Tusk|Kitten_K

So the following voted outside their FFAs:

    Sully
    Tritium (Villager)
    Duffman
    Clarabel
    Whippy

At least Sully, Trit and Clara went for one of the four in the race (race was QB, GnR, Clara & Strawbs).

@Duffers, @Whippy - why did you vote the way you voted?

And again, here they are as a pair!!!

Well here's the kicker, I said exactly why I voted! Also I dont if whippy is good bad or indifferent, I am fundamentally against a CFD, could have lynched our seer last night so hence my suspicions on you. GnR is gone tonight, I'm happy with that. There is ample time for me to respond and get into things tomorrow cause I'm flat out today but I'm village. I've loads to catch up on but I'll do that in my own time

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,985 ✭✭✭Clarabel

    For future use:

I've been thinking about Trit and how he drew the munch and my attempt yesterday.

If everyone had come out as Trit asked.

I am the seer and my n0 is X

We'd have a clear villager from Ecto stating clearly. Sure when we get it wrong it proves we are not the seer but if a few people copy the guess we should be able to use this as a village tack going forward?

  • Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators Posts: 16,287 Mod ✭✭✭✭quickbeam

We weren't talking about lynching anyone that wasn't online so there wasn't really a chance of us lynching the seer.

And I'm not actually for CFDs, but I am for getting people talking, and that worked.

  • Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators Posts: 16,287 Mod ✭✭✭✭quickbeam

    Yeah, good thinking Clara.

  • Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators Posts: 16,287 Mod ✭✭✭✭quickbeam

Also, @Duff, I did say that you being against the CFD wasn't an indication of you being a wolf on its own.

Unreal people aroubd posting all day and can't be arsed with FFAs and we resort to CFDs! ****in stupid village! I've seen it all now, vote for the wolfiest person in your opinion not cause some posted fancy a CFD on x!

If you ****in lynch a seer not around to defend himself what's the excuse then?!
    Ectoplasm wrote: »
I did my FFA and both Tusk and Whippy were on mine. Thats why Im considering moving. GnR might be number one but nobody else seems to agree so what's the point if I might contribute to lynching a wolf?

To be fair to QB you didn't wanna CFD Ecto which is a small plus, this is Ectos response to my CFD rant, makes sense she was suspicious of Whippy too so I can see why your going down that route. I'm not involved however.

Whippy next for me! If she flips red aswell then there is plenty of debate to be had then! This is on a quick reread, I'll dive in to more detail tomorrow

Just gonna colour this in :):
    quickbeam wrote: »
Another way to look at things, if there's usually a high, middle and low posting wolf, break the players up to thirds:

    tusk 224
    quickbeam 224
    Green&Red 133
    Clarabel 126

    Baggly 113
    Ectoplasm 91
    tritium 65
    Whiplashy 64
    sullivlo 55

    Strawberry Milkshake 49
    kitten_k 44
    duffman13 43
    Kolido 27

And I don't want to tunnel here, but my Wagonomics conclusion would fit this theory with Whippy being the middle and Duff being the low power wolf.

I know it's not guaranteed, but maybe....

My reading back last night before we knew the munch was that Whips was wolf, less so Ecto.

I'm going to do a post count again shortly but I suspect the others have been laying low today. I know I would.

However effort in wolf hunting as we know, QB, is not evidence of not being a wolf.

Can we do a FFA now for who to vote out after tomorrow? This might give post munch info?

  • Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators Posts: 16,287 Mod ✭✭✭✭quickbeam

    For tomorrow, Clara:

    #FFA4:

    Whippy
    Duffman

  • Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators Posts: 16,287 Mod ✭✭✭✭quickbeam

    Wolf
    GnR
    Whippy
    Duffman

    Kolido - Lazy AF
Baggly - major bus of GnR if wolf
Kitten - first to highlight that Trit's kill didn't confirm Whippy as village
Clara - post 1154 would make her unlikely to be on team with Whippy
Sully - probably N0ed by Ecto

    quickbeam
    Village

QB, at some stage people are going to call you out on this but I said I'd help them along, this here is just a lie, I know we had a conversation in the old back roomio about thinking Echo was the seer but we couldn't have known.

qB you're killing me here. Someone is gonna have to do all this work on you to prove that you're the wolf with whips

Ha ha, don't tell me you only stumbled on the seer? And by doing so, it resulted in your own downfall with all her information there on display?? I would so LOL if that was the case!
