No takers from my small circle of drinking buddies, but that's the norm on a Wednesday in Summertime. I realize that winter football gives them an excuse. A pity. Anyway I'm sure they'll all be bored off their nuts over the weekend wishing I was with them! For me it's the money train fueled by creativity for the rest of the week!

Bedside, I went out for 2 drinks, that's not me being good it's just all I can drink these days and to make it worse I feel like I've had loads, I'm a cheap date these days but I haven't the energy for that either, doomed lol.

Last day of my leave and awake since 4am.

Read my Kindle for awhile then went to the park for a 5k run then straight into TRX training (outdoors). I love the outdoors and luckily my local park has various workout stations so I bring my TRX straps and drape them over some bars for training after my run.

Now how, poached eggs, toast & coffee in the sun. Will nap in awhile, and doggie walk later.

I love days like this. I'm full of positivity. I feel a million dollars.
