Went to redeem the burger yesterday and was told that it was a Mon-Thurs only job. Now I don’t recall that been in the T&Cs

Same here..i got Oh that promotion is over.(No its not)..It ends at 6pm..(OK but it is 17.45)..Computer says No etc etc so i just walked out. Wouldnt mind but this was a manager!

What are the main T&c. I have a code which expires 27 July.
Didn't realise you could not use it after 6 pm or certain days untill I seen last few posts

The main terms and conditions on mine was it was to be used by 22nd..nothing about 6pm either.

Its actually really frustrating (albeit on a fantastic offer) that there is no way of going back in a seeing your claimed offers. It would help massively. Go back into the offer and see the T&Cs.

I emailed their customer service and was told exactly what sugarman posted above..the staff were mixing it up with other offers..apologies..and my code is still valid till july 22nd.

I got the whole Monday to Thursday only talk. Won't be going back. Dropped nearly a hundred quid and it wasn't even great. Spent 100 in chimac and got way more food during the week so yeah.

Already had Ultimate till January 2022. Entered the code and it offered my an additional month if I turn on auto-renewal, so now all set till Feb 26th 2022!
