Inconsistent Moderation

How, when I reduce a person's argument to absurdity, it is called uncivil and leads to a ban(and the ban is upheld). At least in my post I am actually making an argument. I warned the Moderator (ACD) of this posters actions(professor moriarty). I get told i'm 'baiting' someone, because I used the word bate. This is pathetic.

Then, later I get banned, for professormoriarty purposefully inflamming the argument again. I respond to reduce his argument to absurdity and I get banned.

This is ridiculous.
