Response Code 503 on attachments in the "Test" forum where I store 'em before posting 'em to "Cool Vids..." (I'm a bit of an OCD Luddite.)

Post 8 and also Post 6 five minutes ish previously.

It's only "Cool Vids..." and not important from this end, but I wanted to flag it anyway.
