Recommendations for Block Wall construction

Hi, Currently there's a rotten, broken down fence between me and my neighbour. One of the options I'm considering is replacing it with a block wall (~6 - 7 metres in length). Any builder recommendations for the job? I'm in Limerick north city. Thanks.

Look at the Classifieds in the Limerick Post, plenty blocklayers advertise there. If wall is 6-7 metres long you will also need piers
