    question on names, is the letter for the first name or surname?


    actually- make that where there is more than one name in the answer (eg also political parties)

    example was given in OP

    if asked to name a supermodel, "Heidi Klum" and "Klum, Heidi" would not be grouped together.

    So, you could choose to use H or K to answer the same question, just by providing the answer in different format.

    correct.


    any order, but once a letter is used for one answer, you can't use it for another.
