    Back in for Fekir apparently...

    Here we go again... :)

    Silly season

He'll be way cheaper than last season so I don't see why we shouldn't try at least.

    Where would Kane go ?
I only see him fitting in at United but they would need to get there act together to convince him to join , I'd say Chelsea but Spurs to Chelsea is not likely

Could follow the Spurs striker of old to Spain?

Back in for dodgy knees Fekir, I guess with Sturridge leaving the physios will be lonely, makes sense.
Oh wait he has played 200 games in last 6 seasons and scored 70 goals! All this stuff about him being unreliable and unavailable is crazy.

Madrid just signed Jovic from Frankfurt for 62 million.

    They won't go after him.

He doesn't suit Barecelona's style of play.

Only option for him really would be United or Chelsea which isn't much of an improvement on Spurs right now.

    Don't think he'd go to Serie A.

Joyce on the Lovren and the AC Milan rumour
Would take bids of at least £25m for Liverpool to even consider letting Dejan Lovren leave. No contact from AC Milan, but their prospective new sporting director Ricky Massara rates Lovren highly. @TimesSport

Not worth selling him for that money

Unless you were buying Alderweild as a replacement for the same money there'd be no point letting Lovern go at that fee.

A starting centre back should be one of the 3 priority signings this summer.. someone you can rely on for next decade.

According to Echo, Gomez has missed 565 days as a consequence of five separate injuries since 2015 so you simply can't rely on him. Lovren is simply not good enough and 30 next month. Matip is decent but not much more and is already eyeing his next move.

A long term injury for VVD would be a disaster.

Doesn't matter who we sign that statement would still be true.
Like Alisson, Mane & Salah we can't afford him to get long term injuries as he's impossible to replace.
I'd like us to sign a sub left back, a creative midfielder and a winger too but I can't see all that happening. :o

We have to keep challenging for the PL & CL as a priority. Then the FA Cup. The League cup remains the lowest priority to me.

what about the charity shield :D:D

6 minutes of uncut action following Klopp after the final whistle.

    6 Times.

VVD's look at Klopp and his bearhug of Klopp was made in Blackpool and over Skype.

Alisson and Klopp are in love.

    My favourite bits in no particular order;

    Gini's jump on Klopp's back
Robertson's hand getting stuck between Henderson and Kloop's embrace
Klopp tapping the 4th official on his bald pate
Matip's roar when he sees Klopp
The shameless love these players have for Klopp and vice-versa
Kane being a graceless twat in the midst of it all
    Alisson being Alisson
Cameraman completely losing track of Klopp a couple of times
Mané looking like a 4-year old when Klopp lifts him

    This is fantastic.

Extremely harsh, he shook his hand and embraced Klopp while looking dejected, he's after losing a CL Final, what do you want him to do?

In February, we brought you the story of Phil Downey and the instrumental part he played in the creation of #LFC's most famous banner.

Sadly, Phil passed away this week.

The thoughts of everyone at the club are with his family and friends.

Just catching up on the Klopp video now....it's easily eleventy-million times more entertaining than the match itself was :-)

Was worried half way through that he hadn't got to Mane and then he picks him up like a parent collecting a tired child after a long day in creche.

Its a superb video, literally 6 solid minutes of Klopp hugs. Kudos to the cameraman who shot it.

Theres one of the backroom staff who hugs him in the first 30 seconds and then he goes back for another hug about 4 minutes in :D
