So much for us becoming unbearable. I just checked the United thread and there is not one post from any LFC fan rubbing in the CL win.

They are utterly irrelevant to us, who cares.

Could only put up with a few pages of that crap, was never on BlueMoon. Why is that club so angry all the time? The bloke walking into the press box after the cup final is a perfect example. They have billionaires who have helped them win things and yet they seem so so bitter about everything. You’d think they’d be happy not believing their luck these last few years, but instead there’s just bitternesss and anger emanating from them.

They are trying to create rivalry but Liverpool fans are just laughing at them and they can't take it, upset that the British media are not given them attention for football reasons anymore.

They're not used to having rivals so the blood's gone to the head a bit. It's a bit watching an 16 year old go drinking for the first time and downing half a bottle of vodka inside an hour.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

The Liverpool fan that was missing in Madrid has been found. Great news. His brother just tweeted.

Don't get the hatred from City towards us, really don't. I've no ill feeling about City - They were bought out and invested wisely, took them a few years to get to where they are now, layed proper foundations, breed youth, bought a world class manager and a world class team. You'd THINK that after this season they would be saying it was possibly the best title race in years - winning that title this year SHOULD have been more memorable than previous ones as they were driven to the wire by record breaking runs ...

Instead reading that Blue Moon thread - it very embarrassing that they would cheer on Spurs and be so disappointed that they lost. It surely must be the age group involved? Probably 16-21 years.

I guess you can't buy happiness afterall :D

Fair play. Some people went to all kinds of extremes to get a place to sleep in Madrid on the night of the final. I hope he leaves a decent review on TripAdvisor.

    I can't believe I watched a bus tour for about 4 hours.

It was a reminder for everyone . That behind the bull**** of the modern game . Football for people is everything for them. It is their team and the city showed that.

It was even humbling for some top players on that bus.

    Amazing stuff.

I'll put my hands up and say I had my own doubts with klopp when we basically went too long without sorting out the obvious problems with the team.

Maybe a lesson that doesn't fit with modern football / life.
You simply need time and may have to delay results if they are not the right fit for the team environment.

Klopp what a bloke. Forget about the football side . He is an outstanding person.

    Nice blokes do win.

I met a guy who was staying 45mins west of the city by taxi and was so pissed he ended up an hour east of the city with no phone battery. Had to hitch a ride back in the morning

    Community shield is first.

And there’s also apparently a club World Cup in December but nobody seems to know the details yet

I get the impression Klopp is a regular enough drinker but you’d imagine a lot of the squad are lightweights after a full season. Might have the odd drink but I reckon a proper session is rare for these lads.

Lucky Salah and Mané don’t drink either given the fast they’re on!

I finally feel like my hangover is clearing

One thing I picked up on from the celebrations was the lack of alcohol present. Usually there’s beer or champagne in a winning changing room but I didn’t see any. Only time I saw anyone with alcohol was Klopp on the bus and Ox had a bottle in his hand. You’d wonder if it’s to do with 4 of the main players not being drinkers (Hendo, Milner, Salah & Mane)

    Try this

That's glorious. Many thanks for posting this.

I say the only ones drinking were those not going to play internationals in 3 days time, or going to join others in prep for a competition.

Probably been posted already but Spurs fans were an absolute credit to their club all weekend. This is an incredible story and probably just one example of the weekend in Madrid:
