    I'll take a look.

BMW and reliability put me off, timing chain, ERG recall etc.

Wonder would I find anything in the same price bracket........

After many, many years dithering I have finally narrowed down my search to two cars.

it just seemed a bit dull in terms of the driving experience.

If you had the choice what would you choose?

Neither if you want driving experience, this is on a whole other level. https://www.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/152-volkswagen-golf-r-estate/21500030

If I was childless & 10 years younger I'd be all over that Golf!

Trying to find the right mix between driving experience/practicality/cost.

Currently driving a 1.6 Petrol Focus which is quite thirsty & the tax is high so looking for a diesel.
