Difference between miles and miles plus fuel

Apologies if I have this post in the wrong section. I am traveling to Dublin tomorrow and last time I was there I noticed there is a miles plus fuel which is higher cost per liter. Would it be a good idea to put in a tank of This stuff or is at really worth it?

Normally, sitting in town traffic I use well over half a tank. Filled up the last 2 tikes and noticed last week there was still half a tank left. So it seems that the engine runs better when idling aswell (sitting an hour each way in traffic). Plus, my car is meant to run on 98 octane
