The only place I can see a new thread button is on helpdesk !

Boards this is so confusing. I posted an Eir post here and its in the Help Desk area.

Sort it out Board, very unhelpful setup.

I suspect that might not have completed the sign-up process when you posted this. If you haven’t completed the sign-up process, you will only have access to the Help Desk.

However, it now looks like you have completed sign-up, so this should no longer be a problem for you.
