Skoda Octavia judders at speed

Hello All,
Just putting this out there to see if anyone might have an idea. In January I got a 2011 Skoda Octavia diesel 2.0 TDI, first time I got a diesel and I'm starting to regret that decision. I generally use it to get to and from work via the M50 not always during rush hour. Since I got it I've noticed that if I get up to 120-140 km the car judders on the road, it's can be very subtle but it's noticeable to me. I took it back thinking the wheels needed to be aligned, which the dealers did but it didn't make any difference.

I've had a couple of other problems with the car, which *might* be related, but I'm not sure. I keep getting the filter warning light popping up, I took it to the local mechanic who replaced the EGR valve and worked on the DPF filter (according to the invoice

) which seemed to work for a while but the light had started popping up again. When I took it back again he ran the diagnostics and it didn't come up with anything. Finally a few weeks ago, it wouldn't start for me in the morning. The battery was fine and the engine was trying to turn over, but no joy. Roadside assist couldn't get it started either, but when the car was towed to the mechanic it started up first time!! He thinks is might be the fuel pump, but isn't 100% sure and doesn't want to to start replacing parts if it's not clear the root cause.

What the hell is going on with this damn car?!?!?!

Sounds like dirty fuel somewhere along the way had messed up the pump. Also had a problem with a Passat years back that used to lose power when over revved. Ended up being a dodgy injector which had to be replaced

It doesn't feel like the car is losing power when its juddering, its not like my bones are rattling around when it's happening.
It's like driving over rough road every 1 to 2 seconds.
So it might be dirty fuel then....
